PU-molded skins in Elastoskin automotive spray skin systems provide luxurious looks and a soft, beautiful touch. They can be produced in constant wall thickness and allow enhanced scope for design.
Two tailor-made polyurethane (PU) solutions have been developed; Elastoskin®, the in-mold-coating (IMC) spray skin, and Elastollan®, the hard-phase-modified aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane (HPM-TPU).
